Chiara’s practice is mainly focused on commercial and IPRs international transactions such as drafting and negotiating Technology transfer agreements, M&A deals, Joint-Ventures, intellectual property rights license agreements, assignments, etc. She also carries out and she handles trademarks filing and prosecution before competent offices. Drafting legal opinion on corporate/commercial and IPRs matters.
She worked in Italy and in New York of law firms dealing with different type of cross-border issues.
