• Management of company/corporate sale/acquisition procedures and labor law due diligence
• Labor litigation (including appeals to the reports of the inspection bodies of the Ministry of Labor INPS, INAIL) before the relevant Courts
• Labor relations in the context of company reorganizations
• Collective dismissals and individual dismissals procedures
